Wilkinson Steel Yard

Wilkinson Steel Yard is a flex industrial development slated to begin construction in 2020. The project includes construction of Flex Industrial suite space along Charlotte’s growing Wilkinson Blvd corridor and consists of three buildings combined to 75,000 sf.

Wilkinson Steel Yard is 3.3 miles from Uptown Charlotte, along future Silver Line corridor on a 5.19 acre cleared and level site, one block off Wilkinson with excellent access to the city’s major highways and thoroughfares. This project will offer businesses with optimal design, high ceilings, loading docks and gated security.

Park N' Shop

Constructed in 1958, this Park N Shop was the main location for a small local grocery brand. Purchased in 2019, the property underwent an extensive renovation, with a creative office in mind. Completed in late 2021, the property sits along Charlotte’s Wilkinson Blvd, a major path of progress between Uptown and Charlotte Douglas Airport.

940 Madison is a multi-million dollar redevelopment project located in downtown Baltimore completed in 2015. The building offers 48,000 SQ FT of fully renovated, modern office space. This building offers tenants shared conference room facilities fully customized office options.
