Red Hill Ventures was founded in 2005 as an investment holding company for an ever-growing portfolio of real estate and technology products. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, the firm is a privately held commercial real estate investment, development and management firm with operations in North Carolina, Texas, Maryland and Washington, DC. In addition to operating as the principal investor of our commercial property portfolio, Red Hill Ventures is also a primary investor and operating partner of companies that align with our industries of interest.
