Summary:Defines the protocol and procedures associated with conducting employee performance evaluations, including the time frame and impact to pay/benefits.
Team members who have worked withRed Hill Ventures/HomeTrustee for one year will receive a formal and documented annual review. Annual reviews are required for all W2 employees. The goal of the annual review process is to facilitate continuous learning and growth during your employment with Red Hill Ventures/HomeTrustee. The review process is designed to provide feedback on your performance within your role.
Reviews for on-site staff, including maintenance and office staff, with the exception of the PropertyManager, are conducted by the Property Manager. The Property Manager will evaluate the team member and conduct the review with the team member within 30 days of their anniversary date. The Property Manager should propose any wage increases or bonuses for the team member, if appropriate, to be approved by the Regional Manager.
Reviews for Property Managers will be conducted by the Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will evaluate the team member and conduct the review with the team member within 30 days of their anniversary date. The Regional Manager should propose any wage increases or bonuses for the team member, if appropriate, to be approved by the Director of Operations.
Reviews for Regional Managers will be conducted by the Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will evaluate the team member and conduct the review with the team member within 30 days of their anniversary date. The Director of Operations should propose any wage increases or bonuses for the team member, if appropriate, to be approved by the Managing Director.
All other reviews, including, but not exclusive of, the Director of Operations, Controller, Business Analyst, and Maintenance Supervisor, are to be conducted by the Managing Director. The Managing Director will evaluate the team member and conduct the review with the team member within 30 days of their anniversary date.
During the performance evaluation review, employees are encouraged to have an interactive discussion with their reviewer to ensure clarity and consistency.
Informal evaluations may be provided at other times of the year on an as needed basis.
